Objective

I am currently working at the NFL Network in Los Angeles as the lead producer on marquee shows such as Red ZoneMonday Night Football Pre- and Post-GameThursday Night Football Pre- and Post-GameNFL Now and Total Access. I have greatly enjoyed my time here for over nine years, but life is taking me in another direction. I am planning on relocating to Maryland in 2024, marrying into a family that lives in the Baltimore area. I am exploring opportunities in DC, Baltimore, and its surrounding cities. I began my career in news production, then made my way onto a morning talk show, then moved to the Los Angeles area for more professional opportunities. My goal is to continue growing my expertise in production for a major network.

At the NFL Network I lead the show planning, including building the show layout, script writing, preparing talent, coordinating with graphics and editing teams, and executing special segments and am practiced at doing so on a highly compressed schedule. I bring together the ideas of a broad team of talent, analysts, reporters, and producers to develop the most compelling, informative, and entertaining content. I set a creative and professional tone to keep shows fresh and encourage creativity of all members, with an emphasis on engaging coaches, NFL players, and Hall of Famers.

I uphold the strongest journalistic and professional standards while aiming to take smart risks. In the control room, I anticipate and address challenges that arise during production, such as scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or real time changes. I remain calm and flexible under pressure - a skill that I have perfected while producing Red Zone in a fast-paced environment, where I monitor up to ten live games and direct in real time which feed is broadcasted.

In addition to the scheduled shows, I am also the lead show producer for breaking news coverage and programming for live, unscripted shows. I train junior producers, coordinate long-term projects such as “Best of” features, and am a co-chair of the Asian Professional Exchange Group, a diversity, equity, and inclusion group for Asian American and Pacific Islander employees. I also contribute to the NFL Culture Committee and the NFL Green Team.

I have been fortunate to experience multiple promotions and expanded responsibilities during my tenure at NFL Network, which I believe reflect my consistent success and dedication. I have been grateful to receive constructive feedback and valuable mentoring along the way, which have contributed significantly to my professional growth and achievements.
