Objective
Born in Guangzhou, raised in Vancouver, and growing in New York City, Vicky is a creative filmmaker working to change the world one story at a time. She has more than 4 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry, producing digital news, documentaries, and podcasts for internationally acclaimed media companies.
Throughout her career, Vicky had the privilege of working on a myriad of award-winning content for Munchies, Jigsaw and Ruby River Productions. Most recently, she was the Associate Producer for the TV series 'Border to Border' with VICE World News, covering political and social stories of borderlands around the world. She was also an researcher for fourth season of Axios on HBO. The season has featured interviews with Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and more.
Notably, she helped cover the Hong Kong protests for VICE News Tonight on HBO, which earned the show an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Continuing Coverage of a News Story.
