Lead a small team of 3-4 to handle the daily content development of a creative young channel.
Responsible for content planning, people and resources management, video development and production, content scheduling and publishing.
Develop simple guideline and process for content creation among the team and with various content contributors
Cultivate a creative and interesting environment for creating interesting works that fit the channel
Be the key driver for new content and program direction
Work with creative team in delivering client projects for the channel
U grad, min 3+ years in video content development.
Experience in video shooting, editing and production, and with solid track record in creating engaging video or contents on social platforms
Demonstrate leadership in a small team environment and used to work with young teammates.
While the role requires creativity and strong storytelling skills, the person also needs to be systematic to develop effective process and structure to facilitate the creative process
Open for both copy-base and video-base creative talents that able to come up with good content directions.
Passionate about different social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with social trends and emerging digital technology
Good understanding of the brand direction, tone and manner of CapTV
Resourceful, good follow through, and strong sense of responsibility
Candidates with less management experience will be considered for Producer / Sr Producer role.
