Work closely with segment customer groups (CG) to develop deep knowledge of Mediacorp’s CGs / transmedia offerings with a view to lead the design, innovation, and roll-out of audience segment-specific creative sponsorship solutions/proposals to maximise sponsorship revenue.
Partner with respective IAMs (sales teams) to develop sector-specific premium content sponsorship ideas with a view to provide client-specific targeted creative sponsorship proposals
Develop deep knowledge of sectors/accounts, understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with key stakeholders internally and externally, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
Build / conceptualise sponsorship products from existing ideas, and develop new ones based on your industry trends and your contact with sales and advertisers, driving alignment of advertisers’ sales strategies and requirements.
As projects often span across BUs, keep all players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. This includes the implementation and management of the day-to-day cross-functional collaboration as well as ushering of the projects from pre-launch (development of proposals, implementation of schedules, identifying risks, etc), to launch, to fulfilment and to post programme evaluation.
Drive operational logistics for the business, measuring progress against business goals, facilitating weekly CG WIP meetings, CG updates and creating business updates/reviews.
Influencing and relationship-building :
- Anticipate how decisions are made internally and externally - persistently explore internal motivations, uncover the
business needs of key clients and be the bridge between Sales and BUs.
Identify opportunities :
- Improve product manager and sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices across teams
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5+ years of marketing/product management/or advertising experience.
Knowledge of key technologies/concepts in area of marketing communications
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate product positioning
Diplomacy skills and an ability to engage with a wide range of key internal and external stakeholders
